I brought my vehicle in for body work. I had to wait 6 weeks before they gave me an appointment to bring the vehicle in for the body work/repair. They NEVER called to inform my on the progress of repairs, they NEVER returned any of my calls. I picked up my 2012 Buick Verano today from York Road Automotive Service in North Royalton today. York was referred to me by a good friend and I couldn’t be more grateful for that reference. York did a fantastic job of repairing the extensive damages to the entire passenger rear door, rocker panel, partial passenger front door and extenuating areas. The rear door had to be replaced.
