I JUST HAD MY CAR REPAIRED AFTER A MINOR INCIDENT. REPAIRS WERE SPOT ON AND COLOR MATCH WAS PERFECT. IT WAS DONE IN A TIMELY FASHION. IT WAS DETAILED IN AND OUT. I HIGHLY RECOMEND THEM.

I brought my vehicle in for body work. I had to wait 6 weeks before they gave me an appointment to bring the vehicle in for the body work/repair. They NEVER called to inform my on the progress of repairs, they NEVER returned any of my calls. After over an additional 11 weeks, finally one of the women that work there took my call, she said that nobody had actually worked on the vehicle, they simply took the front end apart to have a technician look at it but, that would not happen for another week, maybe longer, the owner ... read more

I picked up my 2012 Buick Verano today from York Road Automotive Service in North Royalton today. York was referred to me by a good friend and I couldn’t be more grateful for that reference. York did a fantastic job of repairing the extensive damages to the entire passenger rear door, rocker panel, partial passenger front door and extenuating areas. The rear door had to be replaced.
