During my WC claim my adjuster from York changed. My first claims adjuster was wonderful, Mark Orr, located in York’s Orange office location. My claim was accepted by Mark Orr after a three month waiting period in which time my condition worsened. Without explanation to me, a new claims adjuster from York was assigned to my claim. Neither the gal assigned to my husband, or her boss, are helpful. Pass the buck. Wait till the last minute before their shift ends to call so we can't call back. They don't reply to emails. They don't give clear answers. They sent him to doctors I wouldn't let treat my dying dog! My husband is in a lot of pain, and he can't get proper medical care through these jokers.
