The gym was disappointing with dumbbells only up to 50 lbs and no squat rack and barbell. They have a smith machine but it was out of service. With so much space, you would expect more free weights. Too many treadmills and there is a running track as well.

A great indoor pool. Look up the times for free swim for certain ages online before you go. Remember to bring your towels, water shoes/flip-flops and lock to secure your belongings. The pool is adapted so it has a convenient ramp to walk down into the shallow area. The space also has a shallow, smaller heated pool mainly reserved for babies and smaller children. Can get very crowded has public life jackets for use but you're free to bring your own. The change room is universal with private stalls and washrooms.
