I lived at the Huron Meadows townhouses from 2017-2020, and my mother remained there for another couple years afterward. During this tenancy, many service requests were made for issues such as a broken oven door, bad flooring in the living room upon move in (they wanted to charge $2k to replace it, and charged us for it at the end of the tenancy anyway).
