Stayed with York Property for over two years. Easily the best property management company I've ever had the pleasure of working with. They're responsive, helpful, and compassionate. Wouldn't hesitate to rent from them again.
I just started renting from York properties and have had the best experience! Everyone was super friendly and very welcoming! The maintenance people are also super quick to fixing anything in your apartment. I definitely would recommend moving here as a first time renter!
I have been renting an apartment from York Properties for almost three years. The actual quality of the apartments is wonderful and, if any issue should arise, the maintenance folks, immediately address the issue. The office folks are also very friendly and incredibly helpful.
