Bri is amazing! She helped me work through a sports injury and gave me useful exercises/mobility work for preventative measures.

I’ve used York several times to address injuries or nagging issues I’ve had. I’ve worked with Bri over the past few years. She’s extremely knowledgeable and always has recommendations for adjustments I can make in my workouts or specific stretches that can help mitigate any issues.
I received the best recovery care in the world from YORK! Their staff is amazing and always helpful in making sure my experience is fulfilling and comfortable. I had just recently torn my ACL and meniscus, and they have made me progress so much and feel as strong as ever!
