i have been waiting several months to have a zoom with my aunt who lives there. i have set up a video chat at least five times and five time i have been waiting at the computer for this chat and nothing. and everytime i have called social services and every time i set up a time, nothing. it was suggested that i come in person but with a physically disabled husband, who also is on dialysis three days a week and i live outside of the philly area and plus only 94% of the staff being vaccinated. every missed chat has not result... read more
