Before I begin, sorry if it sounds like I'm ranting, or I'm all over the place lol but What is there not to say about Next Level East? I love it here and will never go to another barbershop again. As soon as you walk in the door, everybody’s greeting you. Everybody has a smile on their face. They treat you like your family. I scheduled an appointment, paid in advance, showed up just find out they were closed. I called numerous times with no answer, and was not given a heads up that my appointment needed to be rescheduled. Oh, and of course I was still charged. A charged back will be started. Poor service 0 stars
Chino is one heck of a barber he listened to me when I said what cut I wanted he took his time and made sure that I was happy with the final result definitely will be back
