I want to be fair and say up front that my hair was already damaged before I came in, so I am not blaming the barber for the condition it started in. That part is on me. But the way my appointment was handled still showed a serious lack of patience, professionalism, and care. I tried to explain that my hair had already been through too much tension and scalp stress, and I also tried to show reference pictures and communicate my concerns clearly. Man when I say I called bright and early today on my wedding day to see if they'd squeeze me in. They not only welcomed me there, they squeezed me in. Britt absolutely killed it, haven't had a crisp fade so nice until I came back to york and back to next level. I dont think you can go wrong with any of the guys and girls in there. Great atmosphere, great prices, great cuts from great people. 10/10 will be back anytime i need a line up or a whole different style again!
