Customer service is poor, their team doesn't communicate with each other. I talked to an employee at the office about canceling my subscription over a month ago and also wrote on the bill that was sent to my address (last month) that I had already requested it to be canceled. I was charged again for an online subscription. I contacted their office and instead of just moving forward with my request they tried to convince me to keep the subscription. Very disappointed in the service I receive here. Very disappointed in the entire newspaper.. did not order a subscription. Was charged for one and never refunded after they told me they would refund it........
