Dr Kahn has been a very good doctor for me.He is very efficient and friendly and knowledgeable and does not hesitate to refer you to another doctor if it is needed.
"We put patients first ..." Is that a joke? These people do not answer phone calls. They put you on an endless loop of recorded 'happy voice' messages that put you to sleep. There is NO ability to speak to anyone, change or cancel appointments or respond to concerns. A phone message brushes you off and directs you to call 9111. These people need to take a course in developing positive social interactive skills that built trust and competence.
