Rude receptionist, horrible wait time, they gave me a skin infection too because they prescribed me creams that made my skin worst than it already was. Family doctor is extremely rude, cuts me off without letting me explain why I’m there, and on top of that he leaves after 3 minutes after making us wait for 40+ minutes. Extremely unprofessional and they are clearly uneducated when it comes to the medical field.
I would like to share my experience at this walk-in clinic, which unfortunately did not meet my expectations in terms of care and professionalism. During my visit, I informed the physician about my known allergy to a certain medication. However, I was still prescribed the same medication, which raised serious concerns about patient safety. This office for family practice is absolutely useless . They haven't returned a call or voicmail in over a year. And they've had my MRI results for a week and haven't bothered to call me with them. Don't bother stepping foot into this doctors office . Useless
I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service I received during my recent visit to your clinic. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. The doctor did not properly examine me and the entire consultation lasted no more than 30 seconds. I was not given any explanation about my condition or the proposed treatment.
