We have been living here for about six years. The rent is expensive overall, however, this is still the most affordable rent in the area and safest apartment complex. Maintenance is done when we call promptly. Landscaping is lacking with mostly dirt and spots with no grass. The outside of the apartments are up-to-date with updated roof. The garages are extremely small and you will dent up your doors getting out. The apartments are more like condos with private entrances, which is nice for my children’s safety.
