We have been living here for 2 years now and love it. The neighbors are friendly and neighbor hood is quiet. The management team is great, and welcoming when you need something.

Walls and floors are paper thin making each footstep of your neighbor loud. Voices and dog barks from neighbors echo into your apartment as well. The windows are old and let cold air and wind in along with bugs. If you ask the office for any help they just flat won’t spend a penny to fix what should rightfully been up to date moving in. The hefty rental price is laughable and I’m so thankful to be out. You can get a beautiful 2 bedroom in Chicago for cheaper and have more peace and tranquility.
