My family and I come here regularly, and I have no complaints about the doctors. They are genuinely friendly and attentive. However, the receptionist, ( Faıza ), acts as though she owns the place. Even when we are only a few minutes late for an appointment, she looks visibly annoyed and responds rudely. I understand that appointment times matter, but patients still deserve courtesy and respect. I hope management addresses her attitude.
The doctors are very attentive, and I am happy with their care. However, I was disappointed with the receptionist, Faıza. I found her manner unfriendly and disrespectful. When I arrived just a few minutes late, her visibly annoyed reaction made me feel unwelcome. I understand that punctuality matters, but patients should still be treated with courtesy and professionalism. I hope management addresses this.

I’m very disappointed with my experience with Dr. Abdul and would not recommend him based on what happened to me. I saw Dr. Abdul in August because I was suffering from severe tinnitus and significant ear discomfort. He told me that he could not identify the cause and said that he had referred me to an ENT specialist upstairs for further examination.
