We have had the most amazing experience with York Jewellers. From the moment we walked in Tiarney was absolutely incredible and so helpful. It’s not just our wedding rings that made us choose these jewellers, it’s the outstanding customer service, care and thoughtfulness that Tiarney provided. We live in the city centre of Sydney but are willing to drive out to Penrith for these jewellers. Can’t highly recommend this place enough, and especially Tiarney.

My recent visit to York Jewellers Penrith was wonderful. Tiarney's knowledge, experience and customer service was outstanding. She was informative about the diamonds we were looking at, in a way which was not jeweller speak. Her patience with our questions was noticeable, especially when the store was busy. York Penrith did not have the chain length I required but they were more than happy to solve the problem and just make it happen for me.
