Lady would me, messages went straight to voicemail since I have been having problems with my phone. Called her back, she was quite belligerent and nasty, told me she was taking my name off the lists, said something in Spanish and hung up on me! I am handicapped disabled and did not realize they can legally discriminate this way! Now I will become homeless. Her name is Brenda Borrero.
