Staff is incompetent , As a landlord you have to triple check everything they do .. tenant payment prolong due to staff entering information in wrong.. will not recommend. It’s sad because the community suffers due to the lack of common damn sense.
I have called several times and never get a live person and no one ever calls me back. The last time I called I got an answering machine but the mailbox was full so I couldn't even leave a message and now today I tried calling again and it doesn't even ring.
