Absolutely amazing hospital and staff. From the moment I arrived, everyone treated me with kindness, professionalism, and genuine care. Presented with chest pains, was told after pathology to go to hospital asap for a holter harness. felt uncomfortable around the male practitioner he had the worst communication skills I have ever experienced. After hours of waiting I was told they do not have holter harnesses to check for cardiac problems. My heart hurts I feel like I'm going to drop. Reception didn't care, just did her own thing and said I'm just reception I can't help you.

Waited 3 1/2 hrs at merriden to wait another 2 1/2 hours here just for a doctor by telephone call just to be told we have to go to northam.
