Very rude front desk staff, YELLS, SCOLDS and lectures paitents over assuming something in their own head without asking or listening to the patient- over the phone and inperson. Awful communication and zero customer service skills. CONSTANTLY CUTTS OFF THE PAITIENT AND DOESNT LISTEN. Very poorly managed clinic along with even worse and pathetic people skills. I’ve been a patient at this clinic for several years, and even after moving farther away, I still continue coming here because of how kind and professional everyone is. The staff is always very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. I’ve been with Dr. Usman Khurshid since he first started working at this clinic, and I’ve had only positive experiences with him. Im very happy with my recent visit to the clinic. All the receptionists are very friendly. The ladies was very helpful to me and very caring. The doctor was very good. I will be back again the next time I need to get medical help.
