The doctors here are some of the best I’ve visited, however, the lady at the front desk on Saturdays is the rudest receptionist I’ve ever interacted with. People come in sick to see the doctor or are trying hard to take care of sick family members, a little compassion and care to do your job with kindness would go a long way, but she obviously doesn’t care as I’ve experienced and seen her ignores people and seems to purposely push peoples buttons unprovoked.
I've always had a positive experience with my family doctor, Dr. Khurshid, and want to clarify that my concern is specifically with the reception staff and how my recent visit was handled. I went to York Health Choice Centre as a walk-in to see my family doctor. I was aware that I needed to bring my physical health card. Excelente clínica. Recepcionistas muito educadas e prestativas.
Awful experience - tried to ask a legitimate question, was basically ignored and blown off by the person at the front desk, after waiting patiently in line. It's too bad, the Keele & Rogers Pharmacy in the same location has always been very helpful and friendly. I believe it's an indication of the kind of service you're likely to receive, the way you're treated as a potential new client. Very disappointing.
