I went to see doctor Kurshid today but I unfortunately found out he doesn’t work Thursdays. The only other option was to see Dr.Ly. I hadn’t met her before but I didn’t mind because I wanted to discuss what could be going on with my skin. I’ve been experiencing hives for the last few months but they’ve been getting increasingly worse. I hadn’t experienced anything like this before and they’ve become quite uncomfortable. Terrible experience. Not only was my issue never properly resolved, but the doctor showed very little interest and seemed more focused on ending the appointment quickly than actually helping. I’ve also been waiting over a month for a simple reimbursement form, and the clinic provides no proper updates or follow-up. Very unprofessional and disrespectful toward patients.
Excellent doctor she got my problem right away and gave the right nasal spray to cure my peoblem that been persistant for over 2 years...walkin but 100% better then my own family doctor here in parkdale..who sees me only every 2 month and forgets to renew my blood pressure pills!! 5 star definitely!! See her and you will know why she got it!
Very rude front desk staff, raises their voice, scolds patients and lectures patients based on assumptions without listening to the patient - over the phone and in person. Awful communication and poor customer service skills. Very poorly managed clinic experience along with unprofessional communication. Even when speaking softly, multiple staff members respond at once, which can make the interaction feel as though responsibility is shifted back to the patient.
