Rented a property in Carlisle from this company. Within the first month we encountered our first huge problem. There were bed bugs there when we moved in. Luckily they handled it after having to live out of trash bags and bins for months. Second issue we had was issue with the water pressure/heater. Contacted their maintenance and our Realtor responded instead of a maintenance team. Some guy comes to "fix" it and decided there is no issue. The problem was never fixed.
