Spoke with Gabby three times about our job. She was very nice. Didn't take any notes but assured us she had the info. One of the installers came out to do measurements. We paid the deposit and had a date for install. I called for confirmation of date and time and left a message on recorder. Two days later, no return call so I made the call.
