Amazing doctors and medical staff. I was on excruciating pain and they were all very helpful and kind and made my stay there amazing. They explained every step to me which I appreciate as it made me less anxious.

I had two procedures done here recently. At the first one, during check in, I was told that my insurance (Cigna) does not cover a $65 clinic fee (for the Specialty Clinic) and that I am aware that I’d be billed for this. My fault for not taking a closer look, however, I signed it. Insurance covered in full. Fast forward to my second procedure two weeks later and I’m told about the same form, signed. Moved on. The registration process is horrible, mostly unkind, stuffy and very judgemental! Today the check was fine until I showed my updated insurance card, talk about judgemental! Failed to correct my personal record information and was just RUDE. As for the 3 tests I had done, Whitney was awesome, kind and helpful.

After an emergency in York I was hospitalized and this was the right place. The nurses were on top of care. The CNAs were amazing also!! Thanks again ladies you really made me feel better!! Wish I could remember all yalls names so I could point ya out.
