went here because I was having eye issues.. they told me it was pink eye and consistently would not listen when I said I've had pink eye and pink eye don't make you loose vision nor double vision.. this APRN gave me eye drops for it and turns out when I went to a different ER it was a nerve problem.. don't waste your time here. Worst ER POSSIBLE. They want you to get out as soon as possible and don't run test. Trash. I had something come back as abnormal only to find out two years later, when i asked how it fell through the cracks all that could be explained was a nurse should have told me…… To put it the best way possible if I was dying and an ambulance said you have to go to the closest hospital or you will die I would say risk it and say go to a further one, I would probably be better off.

The absolute WORST place to do anything. They will charge you for absolute anything THEN are super quick to send you to collections and garnish your wages. No time to make arrangements to make payments whatsoever. They refuse to give an itemized charge list when asked, which is super sketchy. If I ever need an emergency, I rather die at home or out in the street than at York General.
