You use to be able to walk in and if you didn't know the size or the grade you needed they would use their knowledge to hook you up. Now it's no walk in and he gave me the option to leave the fasteners I need to hold my truck together and maybe they would match them up when they had a chance and call me so I can drive back there again to pick up what they're able to match up. It's a shame but I guess I'm done doing business with them. Bad customer service and attitude.

This place is the best option for ordering large quantities of fender washers. Great polite service, no hassles, no drama. and did i mention they deliver?

use to be my go to for hardware but now(according to the sign on the door) they dont give a shit about retail customers. sad decision on their part.
