Been with Dr Chen for years and no complaints. But wow the receptionist is just absolutely horrible! I don’t usually see Dr Chen unless it’s absolutely necessary (maybe once every two or three years) so I really don’t think I’m a troublesome patient. Today, I had to give the office a call to simply ask when was my last appointment with my specialist. But just because of that, the receptionist gave me so much attitude and scolded me for simply calling to inquire on information that she was able to pull up in like 5 seconds. I... read more
Dr. Chen has been my doctor since I was referred to her by my pediatrician. She always provides great care. I feel listened to and my concerns are never dismissed. Her receptionist Sandy is also amazing and makes me feel like family.
