By far the worst service from a dealership I have ever had; the worst part of being there 3 1/2 hours was the service manager’s attitude.. I get better, faster and more pleasant service @ Jiffy Lube! The service manager when I approached had a take it or leave it attitude! The service writer was apologetic. I found what I thought was the perfect vehicle for me ... And, the deal came together with minimal arm twisting because I had a max budget to stay under. I paid CASH... $30,000.000 which for me is a LOT of money. A few weeks later I started getting letters from credit organizations stating that YORK MOTORS had run a HARD CREDIT CHECK on me despite the FACT that I paid CASH. I never authorized a credit check... On top of that the computer in the vehicle is starting to show signs of something being wrong with it... Little glit... read more
JUST A GREAT DEALER! ROBERT MY SALES PERSON WAS STRAIGHT UP. ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS WAS HONEST AND TREATED MY WIFE WHO IS VERY DISABLED WITH GENUINE KINDNESS AND RESPECT. THE SALES MANAGER AND FINANCE DEPARTMENT WERE FANTASTIC. WE DROVE FROM YUMA ARIZONA. I CAN TRUTHFULLY SAY THAT MY EXPERIENCE WITH ROBERT AND THE ENTIRE YORK CHRYSLER TEAM WAS A REWARDING AND JOYFUL EXPERIENCE.
