I have NEVER FELT SO RIPPED OFF and taken advantage of in my LIFE. Do not take your vehicle here and expect the service you paid for to be complete done right and honored.

Extremely deceptive sales techniques. I came in and told them my price range and they proceeded to show me everything but what I had asked for. When I finally was fed up with their pushiness and told them I was done and was going to leave, they THEN all the sudden had a vehicle in my price range. Very shady way of trying to get people into more expensive vehicles. They also tack on warranties you never asked about when getting quotes for loans so the prices are higher than it should be. Buyer beware.

Bought my new Grand Cherokee and it was such an easy going experience. I've bought alot of vehicles in my lifetime but never this easy. Everyone was kind and professional including my sales guy Chris and Austin in finance. I feel I got a good price and interest rate and I feel like they truly cared about getting me a good deal on what I wanted.
