I was given estimate for work to be done. When I arrived to pickup. I was told the bill was $500 more then estimated. Rep told me it was due to extra labor that was needed. Why didnt she call and let me know? Live and learn, stay away from dealerships.

I’m so impressed with this dealership. I was hoping to sell my dad’s charger. Chris, a sales associate, reached out to me and set an appointment. When I needed to change the appointment, he was gracious enough to change it to a time that accommodated my mom and I. When we arrived, Chris was with another client so we had the pleasure to meet John, the dealership manager, he knew exactly who we were and why we had come. I bought a truck at Oxendale last year, but live in Prescott so it’s easier to take it to the Prescott dealer at York. I took it there because it had a weird shake to it. They had my truck for days before telling me what the issue was and York wanted to charge $1200 for wheel studs that they broke and over torqued and snapped and told me it wasn’t covered, and then lied and said it wasn’t them who did it and it was not their problem. At 60 YO I have heard a lifetime of horror stories about car dealerships, that's why I have never previously bought a vehicle from a dealership. Made an appointment for service and they never even looked at it. So I had to drive 20 miles to the dealership to pick up our unrepaired Jeep. Don't use this dealership as they don't know how to communicate with the customer and then just give excuses.
