Sharing my experience living at 550 Ridout st.: while the building itself it’s not in the best condition because they don’t put money into upkeep (the rent for what I was paying for was way too high), my superintendent was the absolute best superintendent I’ve ever had. Living at parkvu has been a disaster, it is a luxury apartment but nothing works properly everything is constantly broken from the AC, garage door, vents.... it is beyond ridiculous to pay upwards of 2500$ a month in rent, and not be able to control the AC in the apartments. It is 25 degrees outside during the day, and at night its 15 degrees, yet the inside of the apartment is sitting at 25 degrees.
