They do not answer their phone or return calls. They made a mistake when setting up my family’s WIC benefits. How are we able to fix the issue when they refuse to communicate with us? It seems they really just don’t care.

Alicia is hands down the nicest person EVER! I had the pleasure of speaking with her a couple of times and NEVER has she given me anything other than the best customer service. She is very friendly and knows her stuff. I honestly think if it weren't for speaking with her when I do have to call in or for appts, I would probably not even continue with the benefits. She doesn't judge you like some social workers, acting like the money is coming out of their own pockets. GREAT JOB ALICIA, you deserve more than a 5 star review. :... read more
