One of their employees screamed at me to go back into my car when I arrived. I didn’t drive there so that wasn’t an option.
I was a bit hesitant after reading the reviews. I'm glad the room doesn't have a hospital feel to it. It was simply just a bedroom with a bed, prefer this than a clinical environment. The nurse was quick and kind. I was very happy with how quickly I was called in after the referral. Only took a week for results. :)

I was told in person it'll only be a week.
Arrived and the place looked clean and the room was clean with a comfy bed. I brought my own pillows as I wanted a personal touch from home to make me more comfortable. The tech was amazing. He listened, explained, and communicated very well. When doing the process of the electrodes/ wires he was very respectful mentioning what area he would be doing before touching and he communicated what happened if i needed assistance during the night.
