I can’t say enough great things about YCPD. They provided our family with top notch customer service and made my daughter feel so comfortable she said she, “loved the dentist” after her tooth extraction. We’ve been to a few other places in York County and I can assure you, don’t bother looking anywhere else. Our dentist was Kaitlyn I believe and she is one of the most professional, courteous, and kind dentists we’ve met. Went here for my 6 year olds first filling. The staff here is incredibly nice and attentive. I was nervous about the numbing process and how it would affect his view of the dentist office. They were awesome!! Dr. Mike used his “freeze ray” we were in and out and my son LOVES the dinosaur theme (and getting to watch Disney+ while in the chair). Very tasteful, clearly passionate about making it a great experience for the kids. I would highly recommend this office to my closest friends and family.
My daughter recently had her checkup at the new office, and it was an incredible experience. The staff was friendly and welcoming, creating a comfortable and safe atmosphere for her. This is especially important for children who are apprehensive about dental visits. The office truly goes above and beyond to make patients feel at ease, which is a rare find in the dental field. We are fortunate to have such a great establishment in our area that we can bring our children to for their dental care.
