The people that work here are pleasant and professional. I wish all providers were this kind and easy to deal with.
When I came into the clinic on Monday, April 20, 2026 for an eye exam, I was treated with compassion and respect. The Palmetto Free Clinic is a blessing to me.
I have always had a good experience with both the clinical staff and the staff up front that handles the appointments and applications. There are two ladies in the office that are very friendly and always willing to work with me on scheduling and assisting with paperwork.
I love this place. The people that work here are so awesome! They are fast and respectful. The building is so clean and nice. The bathroom is clean. It's just a great place.
