Caring service, fun staff, ready to help you transition during your Rehabilitation experience. The rehab staff are professional and know what they are doing. I found the services to be very beneficial.
My mother in law has been there for a few years and she loves it! She says that the food is great and the staff attentive. I visit a lot and see what goes on and I would recommend this place out of all their comparable sites. They call us with any issues no matter how small Yes sometimes they have staffing issues and can be short but what job doesn't ?? We love this place.
My husband was here for two months. We had a couple of complaints which was reported and taken care of promptly and never repeated. The therapy staff are the best - got my husband out of the bed and wheelchair and self-sufficient. Nurses were amazing and for the most part all of the CNAs working with my husband were good. Some say because I was there on top of them all the time - I say "whatever" I was impressed with their level of care and professionalism.
