As a resident since 2012, I have out of curiosity toured other condos to compare price, location, space and amenities, and always return home feeling glad I made the best decision when buying my super spacious unit in a building where there are few renters, but mainly owners, many who have lived their entire adult lives here. I am confused how this building has such a high rating. I've lived in multiple buildings across Canada and confidently I can say this one is poorly managed. Management turnover is HIGH relative to other similar residencies in Toronto, moreover with each transition the disconnect is felt throughly. Management has a propensity to send out emails with incorrect dates, or communications past relevant deadlines.
