Fantastic location! Easy access to anywhere in the city of TO. Constant management turnover. The building is outdated in décor and facilities. You can't get far when addressing any concerns pertaining to updating the facilities. Quite drab and it takes a lot of energy to convince board members what’s required to much needed aesthetic updates which in turn increases property value. Many projects always on the go. 4th management in 6 years living here. Too many committees who never get anything done and projects started and never finished. Out dated hallways and amenities. The board could do better. .

As a resident since 2012, I have out of curiosity toured other condos to compare price, location, space and amenities, and always return home feeling glad I made the best decision when buying my super spacious unit in a building where there are few renters, but mainly owners, many who have lived their entire adult lives here. The neighborhood is often rated Toronto's best, with fresh air coming in from the park which is a block away, along with the same distance for High Park Subway station, nd a multitude of shops, stores, ... read more
