My mother lives at York Commons, and I’ve had the pleasure of interacting with Alkeem, the Maintenance Supervisor, on several occasions. He has always been extremely respectful, polite, and professional. Anytime an issue comes up, he handles it quickly and does a great job resolving it. What really stands out to me is how Alkeem interacts with the community, especially the teens who play basketball in the area. I use to live there for almost 12 years until they kicked my family and I out late notice. They claimed my brother was “never” on the lease but he was and has been on the lease. We signed all the paper work they claimed they needed us to sign for him to be on the lease again and we were always right on time with rent yet we still lost our apartment. Really is a nice community vibe. The property manager(Sheryl), is really a sweetheart, does her best to be fair and formal. Would definitely refer.
