Beyond disappointed with the timeliness and thoroughness of the sales staff I directly worked with for purchasing a lease. There were many occasions that the loan officers from my bank had to send back the bill of sale because the information was incorrect (even the wrong vehicle was listed!). It has taken over a month. Seems like a dealer that doesn't need to try to squeeze every last dollar out of a deal. We felt like we got a fair price on our trade and good deal on the car and finance rate. We will go back.
