Terrible service and communication. I dropped a truck (that was purchased at this dealership) off for some work on August 27. I informed them I was not in a hurry, so they could keep the truck for two weeks to work it in. After three weeks of no communicaion, I called. They said they were going to get to it. After 4 weeks, still nothing. After 5 weeks of having the truck, still no word from them. On October 6, I picked up the truck, took it to JTR in Darlington and had results in 24 hours. Don't buy the cosmetic wheel package.. they don't go to the dealership in Crawfordsville or Brazil to fix wheels (see photo)... Closest is somewhere in Indianapolis.. check your OBD for trackers too. Both of my vehicles bought at York dealerships had trackers on installed on them... Really upset that I paid $1700 for cosmetic wheel/tire and glass and it's turned in to a complete hassle.

Was pleased with Steven as the salesman but the car was not cleaned well at all. Finance manager was pushy on warranty and mood clearly changed for the worse when we were not interested. Car was not detailed, but upon discovering the extent, Steven quickly resolved the situation and arranged for us to get it detailed. They were more than easy to work with in getting the issue fixed and Steven was extremely responsive and helpful.
