Absolutely the worst Chevrolet experience I've ever had! Took 2021 Chevrolet Colorado in for transmission shudder and shifting problems, a well known issue! (And under warranty!) They refuse to acknowledge the problem, and had me pick it up. Got in, let it run for 10 minutes, while pulling away it slipped from 1st to 2nd in the lot! 🤬 York is a Joke! (Being polite) My family has done business with them for decades, it'll end NOW!

Their work was done well and in good time. I had a new shifter and a new battery installed.
My techs kept me informed through whole process and other employees were personable when passing through the lounge/wait area. Shout out to finance manager, I needed to charge my phone and the courtesy charge station didn't have the right one for mine and she came out of her office with hers, so I was able to charge mine.
