They massed up my Order Ans ended up charging me 5 hundred more after I told the customer the cost that they gave me in the 1st place Ans wouldn’t fix it A new owner toke over this year and I’m not happy after 15 years of buying there !
The Customer service was average, but nice. The Island looks good, but the assembly was to be included and it was NOT! It took my wife and father 4 hours to assemble with many tools i.e dremmel and circularn saw. The pieces were not premeasured and was NOT easy as they told us. Also, more hardware was needed and wasn't included which cost us an additional $30.00. Also, there are no handles!
