Took a class (BodyPump) with Cori (kori?) 7/23/25 (who lives 2 hours away???) Absolutely incredible. Talented and gifted coach and teacher. Extremely motivating and fun. Excellent eye for correcting bad form and encouraging changes. A wonderful experience. Love taking classes at the Y. I just wish there were more throughout the day, the workout is a blast and you feel amazing afterwards.
Have been going here for about 2 years. Friendly staff, clean facilities, The gym equipment could be better, they have added some new things overtime though.
Swimming class - Friendly People. Nice place
