Tiffany was amazing, she was prompt in getting me everything I needed for a warranty claim for a client. Then she helped me get through the process step by step to make my life easier when filing- I would have been extremely stressed out trying to figure it out on my own. My experience with York was 5 stars because she made everything simple and easy for me. Thank you, Tiffany! Highly recommend York Factory Direct as long as she's working there =)
The lady that answers the phone is very rude and disrespectful
