Rich was a great resource for my wife and I (and two young children) from start to finish. He helped walk us through neighborhood comps and advised us on a house that was likely to sell above ask and how to stay competitive. He helped us navigate the usual bumps throughout (inspection, seller credits, pre closing visits and walk throughs) and was always available with a quick response. Would definitely recommend Rich and the entire Yoreevo team for future first time homebuyers and repeat buyers alike.
