I recently worked with Yoreevo team for the second time, to purchase a coop in Brooklyn, this time for my parents. The team is super friendly and knowledgeable, especially around the nyc coop application process (thanks Zac and Caroline!) and a rebate after spending a chunk on closing costs is always a nice bonus! Rich was a great resource for my wife and I (and two young children) from start to finish. He helped walk us through neighborhood comps and advised us on a house that was likely to sell above ask and how to stay competitive. He helped us navigate the usual bumps throughout (inspection, seller credits, pre closing visits and walk throughs) and was always available with a quick response.
