I needed an uncommon under-the-sink drain part which was only available at plumbing supply stores out of town. When calling Yore Place! Plumbing in Newberg, hoping they might have the part, I reached Curt who happened to be at a plumbing supply store. He said he didn't have the part in his inventory, but if I sent him a picture of it, he would get it while at the store and I could pick it up from him when he was back in town.
