There are many physicians with a title of doctor, but few truly follow the Hippocratic oath. I attribute this compliment to Doctor Yoram Beer. A caring and professional staff and I knew I got the best care. Dr. Beer and his assistant, Kathryn Kuebler are top in getting the right result for their patient. I give them a 5 star plus!
This complaint is not against Dr. Beer, it's about the waste of time going to this office with my husband who had to have a biopsy. They never gave him any instructions what to do the day of the biopsy and with no prevail the biopsy never happened because the office decided to us new equipment.(Interesting?) My husband told me that he was in so much pain that they had to stop the procedure. My husband also stated that the technician was guiding the doctor on how to use the equipment. Once a great experience with Dr Beer devolved into a poorly handled follow up and I was forced to leave Dr Beer. He wouldn’t even spend 5 minutes on a phone call with me during Covid when I could not travel to see him and I asked for a computer televisit appointment. Though I talked with his staff to set up an appointment per their instructions, he never had the courtesy to talk to me personally and I asked to do so multiple times. Eleven years under Dr. Beer's care. Both husband and wife had major kidney surgery. Both cured of cancer. Meticulous attention to detail. Listens to you and your ailments. Expertise goes beyond urology. Hands on before and after surgery care. Pleased with Community Care Physicians, P.C. staff, doctors and associates.
