Dr.Chan is a Exceptional Dentist. Very sofesticated i admire is patience. Is group on the office they are marvelous as i walk into his clinic his staff they welcome me with their friendship wich gives me the peace and guaranteed of their professionalism I highly recommend ther service to anyone

So myself and my wife original went to him because she had him as a child and his first visit was great. Then there is the second visit where he gave me a shot drilled into my tooth and when i told him it hurt he didnt stop i had to grab his hand and tell him to stop only then did he looked shocked that i touched him. He screamed at my wife to open her mouth wider she is a smaller person and he screams at his staff. Worst dentist to ever exist he is rude about everything and not gentle when doing a procedure. He seems to only care about his timing and not others people timing I was waiting for 3 hours even with an appointment. I won’t be going back to him and recommend other to not go as well.

Would not recommend. Everyone is rude, not good continuity of care for clients and it cost 50$ to send over X-rays to a new provider. I went here once and that was well enough for me. Update: I paid 50$ to send over mine and my child’s X-rays and it was never even sent. Staff here are so unsettling from the moment you walk it. Highly recommend anywhere but here. I’ve been to the office twice and once for an appointment and by far the worst dentist and dentist office experience of my life.
