This doctor's office doesn't use any fax or email when I was trying to help my family to transfer their medical record to new doctor's office. We mailed out HIPPA form to release medical records but they didn't answer the phone. And when connected, the doctor hung up the phone and never responded. Horrible and so out of date doctor's office.
The receptionist lady wanted a $500 deposit from me because her exact words were" Your deductible is too high, and that the office won't make any money off my visit so I will need a $500 deposit from you to see the doctor." I had never ever had a pay a deposit before to see a doctor. The receptionist was so rude and her attitude needs a change.
