I recently had an appointment and thought that from check-in to check-out that I was valued as a patient. I didn't have to give out personal information verbally in an office with other patients listening, I was taken to an exam room less than 10 minutes after I arrived. I got what I feel was quality time with Dr. Cohen and had a thorough exam without being rushed. This review is based purely on the office as I haven't even met the doctor yet. I had a new patient appointment scheduled early July, I was desperate and willing to wait the month and a half it took to get my first appointment. Well three weeks before my scheduled appointment I got a phone call saying they needed to reschedule and move my appointment to the end of September!! I brought my daughter in for an severe acne consultation. I was very impressed with the time that Dr. Cohen took to speak with my daughter and address her concerns with compassion and sincerity. After one visit and prescribed medication, my daughter's severe acne is non existent. Dr. Cohen is a lovely, caring and very knowledgeable doctor. We are so lucky to have her here in our community. I wish her luck with her practice and we will be returning if we have any other concerns for our skin health. Thank you so much!!
It was easy to book my appointment. The front desk was helpful in getting me setup with the patient portal, so I was able to complete most of my new patient forms before my appointment. There was an option to setup payment in the portal but I waited to sign up for the simplified billing in the office. The front desk collected my co-payment at arrival.
