Please note I'm writing this while still freshly mad. So both of my parents died and and both had picked Dr. Chong as their primary care physician both on Medicare. Im starting to worry I'm next so I've retired from being a patient . If the best family doctor we ever had can retire than so can I . Dr. Chong is an exceptional physician who combines intelligence with a personable approach. His office is always clean and welcoming, contributing to a great overall experience. I would gladly wait months to see him because of the incredible care he provides. In just two weeks, he cured my pain, and I trust him completely.
Worse doctor I ever had! Front desk staff are distinctly unfriendly, cold and robotic, no eye contact. I was taken into a room and waited. At one point U went out to see if Id been forgotten. An hour after our spot time, Dr Chong walked in .He asked how I was and I told him Id been waiting an hour. Instead of apologizing he became arragant, and condescending, telling me, waiting an hour is no big deal and I need to accept that as routine.
