dr's office help knowingly billed for illegal surgeries. put 2 screws in my toe did not tell me. did not perform the 2 operations to correct the issue by moving big left foot toe to the right to move it away from other toes. instead he did his own operations without informing me. billed my insurance company for 2 illegal operations and they threw me out while laughing. Dr. Yoo was professional, caring, and very down-to-earth. I visited urgent care initially because my toenails had thickened, and I was concerned about an infection. The practitioner there diagnosed it as a fungus without any tests. Dissatisfied, I sought out Dr. Yoo for a second opinion. He immediately assured me that I was in healthy condition and was very professional throughout the procedures. I have never given a review less than 5 stars before. Save your health, time, patience and money. I went here last December 2023. Did not feel listened to at all during the visit - I had to repeat my story 3 times to override his assumptions which directly contradicts my history. I had to strongly advocate for an X-ray, where results were not communicated to me until 3 MONTHS LATER via an unprofessional text message, telling me I HAD A BROKEN FOOT.
