If there was an option for NO STAR it would be given. They make sure that you are not Welcomed and they set a new record in rudeness. I don't know why any sane person wants to go to this practice. NOT recommended at all!!!
Do not go to this practice. The one time I ignore the reviews, I have a terrible experience. I came for Dr. Torrecilli to replace a filling that fell out. Dentist walks in doesn’t even ask what brings me in and proceeds to give me a cleaning. I promptly stopped the dentist and told him I am not here for a cleaning but to have a filling replaced. Great dentist and awesome assistant. Fixed me right up no problems. I was in and out and great advice. Ever have a problem give them a go.
I went to another dentist for a second opinion after having seen Dr. Torrecilli and not feeling completely comfortable with my visit. He did a baby cleaning as the other person has stated. It lasted maybe 10 minutes at most but really felt like what was 5 minutes. I wasn’t asked if I wanted to take an X-ray, and it felt forced on me to take them, even when I told them I had already taken them. He did not notice any cavities and did not give me any filings that my second dentist pointed out. I will not be coming back here.
