I have PTSD and Dr lui was aware of my diagnosis. I have been on wellbetrin for years but for whatever reason, she didnt feel comfortable filling this for me anymore and refuses until I see a psychiatrist. If you know anything about them, they take 6 month plus to see. When i asked Dr. lui to place me back on the med that worked. she said "know you have choices in your own healthcare, If you don't think you get adequate support from my team and myself, then we suggest you find another primary care physician. Went for annual physical check, which is 100% covered by my insurance. But I still have to pay $$ myself, don’t know how it’s billed. Mixed up my medicine order at the pharmacy. I paid and picked up someone else’s med that is put under my name. Front desk person is rude and not professional.
Dr. Lui was awesome. She listened to my needs and my questions. I highly recommend her.
My visits with her the last few times have felt extremely rushed. I don't feel like she listens to me while I talk. She was also extremely un-knowledgeable about a pretty common health topic during my most recent visit. I will continue to see her for the type of thing I could trust a physican's assistant or nurse practitioner for, but for anything more serious I simply can no longer trust her insight.
