Friendly, informative, totally enjoyable.
The hygienists at this clinic are great however I never had trust in the dentist sim or found him credible as there were many instances of misinformation and misdiagnosis. However, they have now handed the business over to someone who is not even Canadian or educated here which really just reflects their overall standards and ethics. Canadians deserve better.
While I have been a patient for many years at this clinic and I always had a very good experience, recently I had a terrible experience with the surgeon on site. While I appreciate to have access to an oral surgeon quickly, the experience was not positive . This is NOT related to Dr. Mohan. You would expect an oral surgeon to maintain certain personal hygiene standards, sadly was not the case. Instead, this surgeon positively reeked of body odour and curry. It was a really bad experience . Never again.
