Hygienist is good but experience with the dentist Dr Sim was disappointing and I won't be back. He dismissed my concerns, stated misinformation, provided a misdiagnoses and unnecessary antibiotic perscription, and did not give me the right testing I needed. Also they have the same horrible rap song playing on loop constantly in the cleaning rooms - SO STRANGE.
Dr Sim had been my dentist for many years until I moved out of the city in 2024. When I first visited him I was traumatized from other dentists. Dr. Sim (and his entire staff, including my hygienist Lori) proved to be warm, friendly, patient and above all, *gentle*. The office is handy to transit, they validate parking for patients, and has always provided stellar service.
We have been patients here, and have always been very happy. They are punctual, communicative, and really caring. Any time we have had special requests or questions, they are taken so seriously and we always feel really well taken care of. This is a great dental office!
