I just went to this clinic for the first time, and I was truly impressed with the service! Everyone from the secretary, to the doctor, to the pharmacist was competent and nice, and things went very smoothly. This place is well run. I would go there again for sure.
Not a true walk-in clinic. Arrived just after 12:00 pm to an empty waiting room and was told the clinic was “fully booked.” There’s no online booking, no clear intake process, and only a small paper sign at reception. The owner later explained patients are given return times instead of waiting inside (a COVID-era system still in use). The best walk in clinic I’ve been to in Toronto. They take appointments too, so you don’t have to wait there all day. And there’s an on site pharmacy, so getting prescriptions filled right there is so convenient and easy. I wish Dr. Dishani Gunawardena was still accepting patients as a family doctor, because I would have loved to have her as my GP. I’m glad she’s still available through the walk-in clinic though
This has been my favourite Walk-in clinic so far in Toronto. The doctors are kind, The staff is very helpful and the best part is the useless waiting like other clinics here is Zero. You get to see the doctor very quickly. I am very happy that it's so close to my home. Keep up the good work Clinic. Respect and Love 🧿🧿🧿☄️☄️☄️
I visited the Yonge Elmwood Clinic on Sunday 14 Dec and despite the clinic being crowded the receptionist had a smile for everyone and managed patients efficiently. I saw Dr Sidi Liu as Doctors who attended to me from the hospital are away. I was pleasantly surprised by Dr. Liu 's depth of knowledge, focused analysis and compassion. She was efficient in checking me and then explaining the treatment and changes to my medication.
