I lived here for nearly two years, and the move-in and move-out experiences were by far the worst I’ve had in Canada. When I first moved in here, I was not given any notice and was suddenly told there was a leak in the unit that required construction work — they wouldn’t even allow me to move in. I had no choice but to stay in a hotel. When I moved out, they charged me a lot without notice or explanation. I’ve had a great experience with CAPREIT so far. The building is clean, responses are always quick and very helpful with anything I need. A special thank you to Jen. She was extremely helpful and informative from the very beginning. She makes the whole process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend!
The attitude of Catalina and her friend Norman is beyond unacceptable. Rude and unprofessional.
