I have lived here for over a decade, so let me give you my honest review of this place. The staff are great, very pleasant to deal with, I have always had a great relationship with the people in the office. The issue that lies within this building are things that have needed to be fixed since I moved in, and they won’t be fixed anytime soon. I’ll list them below. I lived here for nearly two years, and the move-in and move-out experiences were by far the worst I’ve had in Canada. When I first moved in here, I was not given any notice and was suddenly told there was a leak in the unit that required construction work — they wouldn’t even allow me to move in. I had no choice but to stay in a hotel. When I moved out, they charged me a lot without notice or explanation.
