I recently moved into this apartment, and so far everything has been good. The community is nice and the apartment was in good condition when I moved in. Management has been helpful and responsive whenever I’ve had questions. Overall, I’m happy with my experience so far.
Loved my apartment here, the location and view (east side) have no match in the city, but the team here is awful and not prepared to run a place like this; you're talking with people but those who gives a ... about people's problems. Totally a heartless corporate and top notch mediocre employees. If you're planning to move here, think it twice, you'll pay a lot of money for a building that has no future with this kind of management. Be aware. Terrible experience with Susanna in management. Was 48 hours away from paying rent quarterly but she disrespected me over the phone raising her voice and pressuring me for minor details. The place is a 10/10 just don’t deal with Susanna. Everyone else that works there from the rooftop pool to the ground floor is amazing! Tenants are so kind! Place is clean! I’ve been here for 9 months under a different agency. But this is the warning for Suzanna.
