Shady company and management. They list apartment rooms (shared accommodation) for $1100 per month. However when you inquire they state these shared rooms for $1100 are no longer available and try to upsell you on other apartments which are a way higher price. They told me these shared accommodations are no longer available but they still advertise them currently online. If the rooms are no longer available then take the ads offline, shady business practice, they are trying to squeeze more money out of people.
My fiancée and I have just moved in this past Friday (May 29th, 2026). And we’ve had nothing but the best experience with this building and the management. They’re super understanding, quick to respond to issues or concerns and very easy to deal with. I believe the women who I was dealing with was named Eve or Evelyn and she’s been spectacular since the start. The building itself is excellent. I have had a great experience at 411 Duplex Ave. The building is well managed any concerns or maintenance requests are dealt with immediately and professionally. Rental agent Suzana is absolutely wonderful. She is helpful,attentive,professional and have excellent customer service skills. Congratulations Suzana
