My fiancée and I have just moved in this past Friday (May 29th, 2026). And we’ve had nothing but the best experience with this building and the management. They’re super understanding, quick to respond to issues or concerns and very easy to deal with. I have had a great experience at 411 Duplex Ave. The building is well managed any concerns or maintenance requests are dealt with immediately and professionally. I had a showing at 411 Duplex last week. Although I arrived without a prior booking, Erika kindly took the time to show me around. The units and the building are beautiful, and the location is excellent.
My mother resides in the building, and as an elderly tenant, we greatly value the consistent support provided by the management office. Erika has managed our maintenance requests with professionalism and efficiency, and all work has been completed to an excellent standard.
