Great experience with the management office! I recently moved to this place and I can tell that the team is professional, responsive, supportive, and very helpful. They make the whole process smooth and are always quick to address any questions or concerns. The building is well-maintained and it’s clear that management cares about the residents.
March 5, 2026 I viewed an apartment today at 411 Duplex Avenue and had a great experience with the leasing representative, Suzanna. She was extremely professional and demonstrated strong customer service skills from the moment we met. She was friendly, welcoming, and very knowledgeable about the building and the apartment. I have been here for about 5 years. Really happy here. When I have a problem it’s fixed very fast .the office is amazing 🤩 everyone is happy. Never thought I would say my forever home ❤️ Great management. Great location. Big apt.
The building and management are great! As a first time renter the staff made the process so easy and would answer all my questions and provide various opportunities for viewings. The location of the building is near a quiet neighbourhood and is extremely accessible to grocery stores, restaurants and the subway station. The staff has definitely made me feel very welcomed in the city!
I would highly recommend the excellent service and support that always comes directly from Jane, the girl who works in the tenant/owner services Capreit's office. She is very kind and always willing to assist and resolve any issues you may have inside or outside of your suite. She's the best at everything. Thanks a lot.
